AutoCAD is used to model the building design on computer, and a number of views are sent by email for consideration.
After discussing colors and materials, the full-size drawing (usually about 20" wide) is transferred to watercolor paper and painted, using watercolor.
With photorealistic images, the building is modeled in mass, and preliminary views are sent by email. With a view chosen, the rendering is completed and rendered at a resolution appropriate to its use.
